GULFPORT, MS (April 23, 2024) – Tiffany D. Bell, director of Donor Relations at Gulf Coast Community Foundation, received the 2024 Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award on April 20 in Miami.
The third annual Presidential Lifetime Achievement Awards, broadcast on Believe In Your Dreams Television Network, honored Bell and other award recipients for their lifetime of serving others through volunteerism.

Bell has dedicated her career to leadership, community service, and nonprofit management, demonstrating a strong commitment to mentoring and strategic leadership. Her background in problem-solving, honed through early experiences in radiologic technology, has been instrumental in enhancing community initiatives and driving positive change. With a passion for making a difference, Bell brings a wealth of experience and a diverse skill set to her endeavors in improving communities and fostering growth.
In 2014, Bell transitioned to the nonprofit sector as executive director at Sav-A-Life of the Mississippi Gulf Coast Inc. Under her dynamic leadership, she significantly expanded the volunteer programs, grew the donor base, and forged key community partnerships. These strategic efforts greatly enhanced the organization’s reach and solidified its pivotal role in community support. She also founded NonProfit CEO in Gulfport, offering consultancy services and establishing an innovative online training platform.
At GCCF, Bell has also served as director of Marketing, significantly enhancing donor engagement and community involvement. Her commitment extends to her roles in military and community advocacy, including serving as an Honorary Commander for the 81st Training Wing of Keesler Air Force and participating on boards such as EDO Women Founders and Leadership Gulf Coast. She also received the Tony Santucci Lifetime Achievement Award from the Coast Observer for her outstanding community leadership, particularly in supporting initiatives focused on women and children, and for her transformative influence on regional nonprofit strategies.
Bell said receiving the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award is “both exciting and humbling. It motivates me to continue my efforts and reminds me of the impact we can achieve together. I’m grateful for this recognition and for the chance to contribute to our community’s growth.”
