Jada Hall found out about GCCF scholarship opportunities from her school counselor at Gulfport High School, Mrs. Cindy Taylor. She applied through the online portal and learned more about other funds available, like the H. Richard “Dick” Herman Stewart Sneed Hewes award. Jada, a top student-athlete, GHS homecoming queen, and generous volunteer, can focus her energies on becoming a pharmacist and expanding her community leadership skills.
Thank you to our generous donors who helped launch the academic careers of hundreds of students. Since the pandemic, GCCF has distributed $ 342,000 in educational support, including $ 55,250 through Explosion of Excellence.
